Basic Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing digital media campaigns, experimenting with new ad platforms, assessing feasibility and monitor implementation in the most efficient way to ensure optimum Revenue & ROI.
Working in a lively, friendly, creative, and highly collaborative environment, you will be designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across all digital performance channels, as well as managing their execution and optimization.
This position also requires you to oversee our daily tactical and strategic operations, while supporting the sales and marketing analytics teams to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day:
- Plan, create and manage media campaigns across a variety of channels with outstanding performance.
- Continuously monitor campaigns and their performance, checking their status daily and offering suggestions and strategic ideas on how to achieve all the KPIs while optimizing media spend across all paid mediums.
- Create tactical execution plans for each marketing channel with the aim of achieving campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience!
- Explore and discover potential opportunities to achieve clients’ objectives through LP optimization or through testing different Ad copies (A/B Testing), keywords, Ad groups, and targets.
- Research and identify trends and insights that will add value to our clients.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables.
- Manage assigned departmental budget and spending.
- Ensure best practices and innovative solutions are implemented in all digital performance marketing activities.
- Play a major analytical role in tracking and monitoring performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives.
General:
- Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodologies, analyses, and measurements to improve the effectiveness of all marketing and advertising channels.
- Implement and manage both online and offline marketing activations that enable the business to meet client acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall objectives.
- Be self-motivated to keep developing and building industry-related knowledge such as new digital features, tactics, strategies, and trends across all media and platforms, and bring that knowledge into your workplace.
- Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of client acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing to deliver incremental sales and improve consumer loyalty.
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.
- Provide performance reports and quote forecasts for all business products, evaluate scenarios for ROI performance, and communicate results and recommendations to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
- Define strategic objectives, marketing budget allocation, and success metrics.
- Use your know-how of looker studio to set up, implement, and present performance reports across all channels.
- Conduct research and analyses guiding the business in the realization of new opportunities while providing the business with a competitive edge over its competition in terms of client acquisition and retention.
- Be accountable for the achievement of KPIs and deadlines.
- Measure, refine, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
- Develop, communicate, and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business.
Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Media, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Excellent Greek and English presentation, communication, and data visualization skills with the ability to confidently and simply articulate campaign intricacies under pressure.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing would be considered a plus (Google Certifications, Meta Blueprint Certifications, LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider Certification, etc.).
- Experience in data analysis and data reporting.
- Analytical thought-process and good mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital channel metrics, with solid analytical and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Proven track record of managing advertising platforms.
- Highly self-motivated and a great team player with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong creative problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving exceptional results.
- Have a strong leadership spirit and confidence, motivating and inspiring your team to keep achieving challenging goals and collaborate harmoniously, managing and organizing projects, taking fast, decisive action, and thinking progressively.
